UK Mainland Delivery
All 5-7 day deliveries are £4.95, and sent are with Evri. All Deliveries are estimated to arrive with you within 5-7 working days, from when you receive your tracking information email.
All Next Working Day deliveries are £6.95 and are dispatched with DX. All Deliveries are estimated to arrive with you on the Next Working working day, from when you receive your tracking information email.
When Do we Dispatch?
We aim to dispatch all items on the day of purchase if orders are placed before 12pm Monday To Friday, or the next working day if not. Orders will NOT be dispatched during weekends or on public holidays.
Orders dispatched on our 5-7 day service will usually be with you quicker than the above estimated working days, but please allow for courier issues that are out of our control.
Each order is expected to have a minimum of a 24 hour handling time, However due to our quick turnaround of stocks, some items may go on to a back order or be delivered from one of our other warehouses, in these rare situations we will contact you with a due date and can either offer an alternative product, cancel your order and issue a refund. Please ensure you provide a contact name, telephone number and an email address on your orders, so we can contact you if needed.

Ireland
We deliver Only to Northern Ireland Not to ROi ( Republic of Ireland). All Deliveries are dispatched using DX courier and are £18.45 Fully insured and tracked. Delivery time 3-4 days
Scottish Highlands
All Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands are dispatched using DX Courier and are £21.15 fully insured and tracked. Delivery time 3-4 days
Offshore ( Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man, Scilly isles and Scottish Islands)
All Offshore Deliveries are dispatched using DX Courier and are £42.75 fully insured and tracked. Delivery time 3-5 days
Isle of Wight
All Deliveries to the Isle of Wight are dispatched using DX Courier and are £14.40 fully insured and tracked. Delivery time 1-3 days
Christmas and Holidays
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, etc. there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please allow extra time for delivery.
All of our parcels are delivered through Evri and DX. We may use other couriers such as Parcelforce, DPD, DHL or UPS if we need to.
All orders that leave our warehouse are tracked to ensure a secure delivery service.
International Delivery
Deliveries outside of the UK are subject to charges, please email shop@theequineshed.co.uk for current International delivery and charges, before placing your order.
